社会工作十年发展的成效测量——基于37份2016年地方社会工作十年发展报告的文本分析

The Measurement of the Effectiveness of the Ten-year Development of Social Work——Based on the Text Analysis of 37 Ten-year Local Social Work Development Reports in 2016

社会工作经历十年的快速发展,在社会治理格局中已经承担起重要的角色。运用内容分析法分析37份2016年地方社会工作十年发展报告,采用“责任地位、人才队伍建设、组织网络、运营方式”分析框架,应用ROST和NVivo软件,通过关键词筛选和文本编码对报告内容进行量化分析。研究表明,社会工作十年发展成效的主要关注点集中在政策制度、人才培养方面,在运作运营与合作互动方面关注度较低,而且不同区域的关注点也存在明显的差异。

The rapidly developing social work in the past ten years has played an important role in the social governance.The 37 ten-year local social work development reports(2016)are analyzed by content analysis based on ROST and NVivo software.This kind of analysis uses keyword screening and text coding,and adopts the framework of responsibility status,talent team construction,organization network,and operation mode.The research shows that the main focus of the development of social work for the ten years is on policy systems and personnel training,while there are less focuses on operations and cooperation interaction,and the focuses in different regions are apparently different from each other.
