摘要
爱心纽带计划是社区弱势群体持续帮扶志愿服务项目,旨在让志愿者与社区弱势群体之间建立长期稳定的帮扶关系,形成多方协同、共同参与的可持续性志愿服务体系。爱心纽带计划在项目执行过程中存在着志愿者退出现象。郑州市S社会工作服务中心从志愿者选拔、能力建设、激励机制建设、心理支持等方面加强志愿者团队建设,探索出解决爱心服务计划志愿者行为退化问题的对策,为非营利组织志愿者管理提供了宝贵的经验。
As the project of voluntary sustained help for the vulnerable groups in the community,the Love-link plan aims to establish the long-term and stable relationship between the volunteers and the vulnerable groups in the community,so as to form the voluntary sustained serving system with the joint participation and synergy of more parties.Some volunteers quit during carrying out the project of the love-link plan.Zhengzhou S Social Work Service Center strengthens the construction of volunteer team by the selection of volunteers,capacity building,incentive mechanism,psychological support and the like,and finds the countermeasures for degraded behavior of volunteers,providing the valuable experience for the volunteer management of non-profit organizations.
