康复管理捆绑式护理模式在婴幼儿期发育性髋关节脱位手术治疗患儿中的应用效果分析

The Clinical Effect Analysis on rehabilitation management binding nursing for nursing with developmental dislocation of the hip surgery

目的观察康复管理捆绑式护理模式在婴幼儿期发育性髋关节脱位(DDH)手术治疗患儿中的应用效果。方法收集我院收治的临床诊断为DDH且进行手术治疗患儿84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。两组均接受矫形术治疗,对照组术后采用常规护理。观察组采用康复管理捆绑式护理模式护理。比较两组术后第1天及术后第3天疼痛评分、患儿家长满意度、临床治疗优良率及并发症发生率。结果观察组术后第3天疼痛度评分低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组患儿家长满意度95.2%高于对照组73.8%,临床治疗优良率85.7%高于对照组64.3%,并发症总发生率4.8%低于对照组33.3%(P<0.05,P<0.001)。结论采用康复管理捆绑式护理模式对婴幼儿期DDH手术患儿及其家长进行干预,可减轻患儿术后的疼痛程度,提高家长的满意度,从而获得较好的临床效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect analysis on rehabilitation management binding nursing for nursing with developmental dislocation of the hip surgery.Methods 84 nursing who were diagnosed with developmental dislocation of hip in our hospital,randomly divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases),both groups received orthopaedic treatment,the control group were given routine nursing,while the observation group were given rehabilitation management bundled nursing,then the lower limb motor function degree before and 3 months after operation between the two groups were analyzed,Then the pain scores of the first day and the third day after the operation of the two groups were evaluated,then the importance of rehabilitation nursing attention of family Members of nursing,nursing awareness,clinical therapeutic effect and incidence of complications between the two groups were analyzed.Results The pain scores of the first day and the third day after operation were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001);the satisfaction rate of the family members of the patients(95.2%)was higher than that of the control group(73.8%),the excellent and good rate of clinical treatment(85.7%)was higher than the control group(64.3%),the incidence of total adverse reactions(4.8%)was lower than the control group(33.3%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.001).Conclusion Rehabilitation management bundled nursing model is adopted to intervene nursing with developmental dislocation of hip and their families,can improvement the lower limb motor function in nursing,relieve pain,and improve the attention and awareness of family members'rehabilitation nursing,thereby a better clinical effect can be obtained.
