阿奇霉素联合鼻腔冲洗治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的临床效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察评价阿奇霉素联合鼻腔冲洗治疗儿童上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选择2017年2月至2019年2月期间本院收治的上呼吸道感染并有发热的患儿106例,随机分为两组,对照组53例给予退热剂、多饮水、抗感染、抗过敏、抗组胺药、减轻鼻腔充血、止咳等常规基础上加用阿奇霉素治疗;观察组53例在对照组基础上加用鼻腔冲洗治疗,并比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为98.11%,明显高于对照组77.36%(P<0.05);观察组发热消退时间、咳嗽消失时间、鼻塞与流涕消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗5d后CRP水平、PCT水平均显著地低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合鼻腔冲洗治疗儿童上呼吸道感染,显著地提高治疗效果,临床症状消失更快,有效降低血清CRP、PCT水平,感染控制效果较为理想,且安全、可靠,值得临床大力推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with nasal irrigation in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 106 children with upper respiratory tract infection and fever in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled,and were divided into two groups.53 patients in the control group received azithromycin treatment on the basis of antipyretics,drinking water,anti-infective,anti-allergic,antihistamines,relieving nasal congestion and cough,53 patients in the observation group were treated with nasal irrigation on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.11%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.36%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of fever,the disappearance time of cough,the disappearance time of nasal congestion and discharge,and the disappearance time of lung rales in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CRP level and PCT level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 5 days of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with nasal irrigation for the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.The clinical symptoms disappear faster,and the serum CPR and PCT levels are effectively reduced.The infection control effect is ideal,and it is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical application.
