家属参与式趣味游戏对学龄期静脉留置针输液患儿依从性及主观感受的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探究家属参与式趣味游戏对学龄期静脉留置针输液患儿依从性及主观感受的影响。方法选取本院2015年6月至2018年7月学龄期静脉留置针输液患儿187例,按入院顺序分组,参照组93例采取常规干预,试验组94例于参照组基础上采取家属参与式趣味游戏干预,观察比较两组患儿抑郁(SDS)、焦虑(SAS)评分及静脉留置针输液主观感受评分及依从性。结果干预后试验组SDS、SAS评分较参照组低(P<0.05);试验组留置针静脉输液依从性较参照组高(90.43%比77.42%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组趣味性、放松性、舒适性、愉悦性等静脉留置针输液主观感受评分较参照组高(P<0.05)。结论对学龄期静脉留置针输液患儿采取家属参与式趣味游戏干预,能提升静脉留置针输液依从性,改善主观感受及不良情绪。 Objective To explore the influence of funny games participated by family members on the compliance and subjective feelings of children with venous indwelling needle in school age.Methods 187 children with venous indwelling needles were enrolled in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2018.93 children in the control group were routinely intervened,94 children in the experimental group were given funny games intervention participated by family members based on the control group.Depression score (SDS),anxiety score (SAS),subjective sensation score,compliance of intravenous indwelling needle infusion were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The compliance of indwelling needle infusion in the experimental group was 90.43%,higher than that in the control group (77.42%)(P<0.05).The scores of fun,relaxation,comfort,and pleasure of intravenous indwelling needle infusion subjective sensation of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of funny games participated by family members can improve the compliance,subjective feelings,and negative emotions in children with venous indwelling needle in school age.
