艾拉光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察及护理体会

Observation and nursing experience of ALA-PDT in treatment of condyloma acuminatum

目的探讨艾拉光动力(ALA-PDT)治疗尖锐湿疣(CA)的临床效果及临床护理方法的特点。方法对100例CA患者进行艾拉光动力治疗,保持患者良好的术前、术后心理护理,使用健康教育,术中人性化、个性化临床护理,增强患者的治疗依从性。分析其治疗前、中、后护理对临床疗效的影响。结果在100例患者中,总痊愈率为95%,有效率达98%,复发率为8%。结论艾拉光动力治疗尖锐湿疣是一种疗效好、复发率低的治疗新方法,治疗过程中为患者提供认真、细致、贯穿性的临床护理对策对临床疗效的提高具有重要作用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ALA-PDT in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum (CA) and the characteristics of clinical nursing methods.Methods 100 CA patients were treated with Ira photodynamic therapy.The patients'good psychological nursing was maintained before and after operation;health education and humanized and individualized clinical nursing during operation were adopted;and the patients'treatment compliance was enhanced.The effect of pre-,intra-and post-treatment nursing on clinical efficacy was analyzed.Results In the 100 patients,the total recovery rate was 95%;the effective rate was 98%;and the recurrence rate was 8%.Conclusion Ira photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum is a new method with good curative effect and a low recurrence rate.It is important to provide patients with serious,meticulous and penetrating clinical nursing strategies in the course of treatment,so as to improve the clinical efficacy.
