摘要 在油气田井下作业中,抽油泵下到位后需要进行试压,以验证其密封性和可靠性,目前现场试压都是采用罐车拉水、泵车打压的方式,效率较差;并且试压腔内部空间很小,而泵车排量较大,试压时泵车压力会迅速升高,存在安全风险。针对上述情况,研制出抽油泵试压装置。该装置结构简单,操作便捷,适应性强,便于携带。利用修井机自带的液压系统和气路系统为动力源,根据作业队需要随时可对井口防喷器及抽油泵进行试压,节省了泵车和罐车的运行费用,避免了等待泵车和罐车从特车驻地赶赴井场的时间,提高了修井作业的施工效率,减轻了现场施工人员连接泵车、罐车管线的劳动强度,具有较好的推广应用价值。 In the underground operation of oil and gas fields,the pressure test is required after the pump is in place to verify its tightness and reliability.At present,the on-site pressure test is carried out by tanker pulling water and pumping,and the efficiency is poor;The internal space is small,and the displacement of the pump truck is large.When the pressure is applied,the pump pressure will rise rapidly and there is a safety risk.In view of the above situation,a pumping pressure test device has been developed,which has a simple structure,convenient operation,strong adaptability and portability.Using the hydraulic system and pneumatic system of the workover rig as the power source,the wellhead blowout preventer and the oil pump can be tested at any time according to the needs of the operation team,saving the running cost of the pump truck and the tanker,avoiding waiting for the pump truck and The time when the tanker rushed to the wellsite from the special vehicle station improved the construction efficiency of the workover operation and reduced the labor intensity of the on-site construction personnel connecting the pump truck and the tanker pipeline,which has a good promotion and application value.
