浅谈石油化工加氢裂化装置的能耗分析及节能

Energy Consumption Analysis and Energy Saving of Petrochemical Hydrocracking Unit

只有通过深入的研究,结合加氢裂化各个环节主要存在的能耗问题,采取具有针对性的措施,才能保证所有设备正常运行的前提条件下,有效的降低装置的能耗。本文主要解析降低加氢裂化装置能耗的措施,提出一些建议,仅供参考。

Only through in-depth study,combined with the main energy consumption problems in various stages of hydrocracking,and taking pertinent measures,can the energy consumption of the unit be effectively reduced under the premise of ensuring the normal operation of all equipment.This paper mainly analyses the measures to reduce the energy consumption of hydrocracking unit and puts forward some suggestions for reference only.
