大型煤化工火炬系统确定主要包括:火炬排放系统数量确定和火炬排放量确定2个方面。目前火炬运行中存在高压富氢火炬排放气受阻,管路及设备堵塞,各股小流量火炬系统互窜,高空点火器频繁动作等问题。需要有针对性的采取应对策略,从而提升火炬系统运行效果,确保大型煤化工更好运行和发挥作用。
