摘要 大型煤化工火炬系统确定主要包括:火炬排放系统数量确定和火炬排放量确定2个方面。目前火炬运行中存在高压富氢火炬排放气受阻,管路及设备堵塞,各股小流量火炬系统互窜,高空点火器频繁动作等问题。需要有针对性的采取应对策略,从而提升火炬系统运行效果,确保大型煤化工更好运行和发挥作用。 The determination of large-scale coal chemical torch system mainly includes two aspects:the determination of the number of torch discharge system and the determination of the amount of torch discharge.At present,the high-pressure hydrogenrich torch exhaust gas is blocked,pipelines and equipment are blocked,and each small-flow torch system channels through each other.The frequent operation of high altitude igniter and other issues.Targeted countermeasures are needed to improve the operation effect of the torch system and ensure the better operation and function of large coal chemical industry.
