摘要
本文以转化率和特性黏度为评价指标,探讨了反相乳液体系中乳化剂用量、乳化剂的配比、油水比、引发剂的量、单体浓度等因素对反相乳液聚合体系的稳定性和聚合产物的性能的影响,采用正交设计方法对聚合体系的制备工艺进行了优化。
This articleTaking the conversion rate and intrinsic viscosity as evaluation indexes,the effects of the amount of emulsifier,the ratio of emulsifier,the ratio of oil to water,the amount of initiator and the concentration of monomer on the stability of the emulsion polymerization system and the properties of the polymerization products were discussed.The process was optimized.
