摘要
分析了煤化工煤炭气化制取合成气过程中,粗合成气脱碳脱硫产生的大流量、高浓度CO2尾气。为满足环保指标,脱除微量含硫组分和甲醇组分的工艺技术研究,针对目前国内外典型的工艺技术分别从实际应用、公用工程消耗、投资规模、运行成本等方面进行了重点研究,为高浓度CO2尾气脱硫技术选择提供了重要依据。
The process of syngas production from coal gasification in coal chemical industry is analyzed.The large flow rate and high concentration of CO2 tail gas produced by the decarbonization and desulfurization of crude syngas meet the environmental protection targets.Study on the technology of removing trace sulfur and methanol components.In view of the current typical technology at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the practical application,the consumption of public works,the scale of investment,and the operation cost.It provides an important basis for the selection of high concentration CO2 tail gas desulfurization technology.
