延长石油研究院科研项目管理系统设计与开发

Design and development of scientific research project management system of Yanchang Petroleum Research Institute

近年来,延长石油研究院不断加强科研工作的力度。如何将传统的科研项目立项、审核、批复等线下业务流程转变为线上管理,并将越来越多的项目报告有效的管理起来,保证相关数据不丢失、不泄密已经成为一项非常重要的工作。针对上述问题,结合延长石油研究院科研项目相关业务流程,确定了系统的六大功能模块,并运用Microsoft Visual Studio 2008平台,采用ASP.NET技术,完成了该系统的开发。经过长时间的运行以来,该系统实现了各项功能,满足了相关科研人员的日常工作需要,提高了科研工作的效率。

In recent years,Yanchang Petroleum Research Institute has strengthened its research work.How to transform the traditional scientific research project offline business processes into online management,and effectively manage project reports,ensuring that relevant data is not lost has become an important work.Combined with the research project business process,the six functional modules were determined,and the system was developed by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and ASP.NET.After a long period of operation,the system has realized various functions,and improved the efficiency of scientific research work.
