摘要
根据荧光探针设计原理和香豆素及喹啉类化合物的特性,以7-二乙基氨基香豆素-3-醛和4-(4-甲基喹啉-1-烯-1-基)丁烷-1-磺酸盐为原料,设计合成了一种新型香豆素-喹啉类荧光探针XDS-1,用红外光谱和核磁共振表征了XDS-1的结构,用紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱测试了其光谱特性。结果表明合成的XDS-1紫外-可见吸收光谱波长长,荧光发射波长长,Stokes位移大。
According to the design principle of fluorescent probe and the characteristics of coumarin and quinoline compound,a novel coumarin-quinoline fluorescent probe(XDS-1)was synthesized by using 7-diethylaminocoumarin-3-aldehyde and 4-(4-methylquinolin-1-en-1-yl)butane-1-sulfonate as raw materials.The structure of XDS-1 was characterized by Fourier infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance.The spectral properties of XDS-1 was tested by UV-vis spectrum and Fluorescence spectroscopy.The results showed that the synthesized XDS-1 has a long ultraviolet-visible absorption wavelength,a long fluorescence emission wavelength,and a large Stokes shift.
