摘要
烯烃与OsO 4发生氧化反应,中间产物是环状锇酸酯,再经水解反应转变为产物顺式邻二醇,酯水解时要用还原剂。本文给出了亚硫酸氢钠作还原剂参与该反应的可能反应机理。
The intermediate product of Alkene reacted with OsO 4 is cyclic osmitic ester,which is then transformed into cis-o-diols by hydrolysis.Reductant should be used in the ester hydrolysis.In this paper,the possible reaction mechanism of sodium bisulfite as reductant is given.
