摘要
铁皮石斛多糖是铁皮石斛的主要功能成分,具有调节免疫、抗氧化、止泻等作用。本文对铁皮石斛多糖的提取工艺进行综述,旨在为进一步开展铁皮石斛多糖的开发、研究、利用提供参考。
Polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale are the critical medicinal ingredients that play a major functional role.It has the functions of regulating immunity,antioxidant and antidiarrhea.The research progress on the extraction technology of polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale was summarized aiming to provide a theoretical reference for carrying out future related study.
