硅油的合成及其在医药领域中的应用研究

Synthesis and Application of Silicone Oil

硅油是一种聚有机硅氧烷,根据不同聚合度链状结构可分为不同种类,可直接作为药物使用,是有效的胃肠气体消除剂,也可作为中药药物制剂辅料使用。本文主要综述了硅油及改性硅油的类型、合成和制备方法,及其在药学、医学及其它领域的应用、以及硅油应用前景和未来的发展动向。

The silicone oil is a polyorganosiloxane which can be divided into different kinds according to the chain structure of different polymerization degree,can be directly used as a medicament,is an effective gastrointestinal gas elimination agent,and can be used as an auxiliary material of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation.The types,synthesis and preparation methods of silicone oil and modified silicone oil,its application in pharmacy,medicine and other fields,as well as the application prospect and future development of silicone oil are reviewed in this paper.
