浅谈空冷器的配管设计

Design of the Pipeline Layout of Air Cooler

本文对空冷器做了简单的介绍,论述了空冷器的布置及其管道布置的要求。简述了空冷器在某煤气化项目中的布置,从分析流体偏流量、管道支撑、管道用材和管口受力四个方面,比较了项目中几种空冷器的管道布置方案,并在满足工艺和生产厂家要求的前提下,选择了容易实现的经济型方案,指出了空冷器的管道布置注意事项,对空冷器的管道布置具有参考和借鉴意义。

In this paper,the air cooler is briefly introduced,and the layout of air cooler and the requirements of pipeline layout are discussed.The layout of air cooler in a coal gasification project is briefly described.From four aspects of analysis of fluid partial flow,pipe support,pipe material and pipe orifice force,several pipeline layout schemes of air cooler in the project are compared.On the premise of meeting the requirements of process and manufacturer,an economical scheme which is easy to realize is selected and pointed out.The matters needing attention in the pipeline layout of air cooler are pointed out,which can be used for reference in the pipeline layout of air cooler.
