摘要
基于企业资源互补理论、企业核心能力理论、企业动态能力理论、技术创新理论等,建立IT基础、IT协同创新能力和企业创新绩效之间的关系模型,深入分析IT对企业创新绩效的影响机理,并探讨IT创新协同能力对两者关系的中介作用。利用2012年世界银行对中国2 700家制造业企业的调查数据,采用多元线性回归实证检验了IT基础、IT创新协同能力与企业创新绩效之间的关系。结果表明,IT基础、IT协同创新能力与企业创新绩效之间存在着稳定且显著的正向关系;IT基础通过IT创新协同能力中介正向作用于企业创新绩效。此外,企业研发投入、人力资本、所有制、行业和区位因素与企业创新绩效显著正相关,但不同所有制的企业创新绩效存在差异。
Based on Enterprise Resource Complementarity Theory,Core Competency Theory,Enterprise Dynamic Capability Theory and Technology Innovation Theory,a research model that interrelates IT foundation,IT innovation synergy capability and innovation performance is built to investigate the underlying mechanism of IT foundation influencing innovation performance,and the mediating effects of IT innovation synergy capability on the relationship between the two.The model is empirically tested using the World Bank data collected from 2,700 manufacturing firms of China in 2012 via Multiple linear regression method.The results suggest that IT foundation,IT innovation synergy capability have significant positive effects on innovation performance.Meanwhile,IT innovation synergy mediates the relationship between IT foundation and innovation performance.Furthermore,R&D investment,enterprise human capital,ownership,industry and location have positive effects on innovative performance,but there are differences in innovation performance of enterprises with different ownership systems.
