On Construction and Pragmatic Functions of Conceptual Metaphor in the Honest and Clean Government Discourse Made by Xi Jinping

廉政话语大量使用各类概念隐喻,结合人民群众的认知模式和接受程度,合理而巧妙地使政治话语与公众话语一脉相承,引起共鸣,加强民众凝聚力与认同感。通过聚焦典型语料《习近平关于党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争论述摘编》,着力探讨了语篇中的四类概念隐喻的构建及语用功能,以期揭示廉政话语的深层结构和话语特征。

The Honest and Clean Government discourse,by the use of various conceptual metaphors,on the combination of the people’s cognitive mode and acceptance level,has reasonably and skillfully made the political discourse be in line with the public one,which may generate empathy,and strengthen the people’s cohesion and identity.This article,taking Xi Jinping’s Talks on Building Clean Government and Anti-Corruption as corpus,analyses four types of conceptual metaphors,and their construction and pragmatic functions,with the aim to reveal the deep structure and characteristics of the Honest and Clean Government discourse.
