摘要
软件技术能力是高职软件技术专业学生的核心职业能力。基于“自学能力、实践能力、解决问题能力”三个维度为能力导向,建立软件技术人才能力表现模型,设计能力表现指标、权重、量规,划分软件技术人才能力五个水平,并应用于全国20所高职院校大规模抽样测试。经过大数据分析,华东地区学生的软件技术能力水平最高,间接反映全国地区间软件技术教育资源的分布不均。其次,学生的自学能力在三个维度中表现最弱,表明高职在学生自学能力培养上存在不足。最后,研究结果表明,测评模型的构建及评定对学生软件技术能力的培养能起到促进作用。
It is believed that Software Technology Ability is the Core Professional Ability of Students Majoring in Software Technology in H igher Vocational Colleges.T he capability performance model of software t echnical t alents is built based on three dimensions of"self-learning ability,practical ability and problem solving ability".In this model,the indicators,weight and measures of ability performance are designed,and the ability of software technicians is divided into f ive levels.Moreover,the model was applied to large-scale sampling tests in 20 vocational schools nationwide,to show that it is valid and practicable.With big data analysis,our test data supports the following three conclusions.Firstly,the students in east China have the highest level of software technology,which indirectly ref lects the uneven distribution of software technology education resources across the country.Secondly,the self-learning ability of students is the weakest in the three dimensions,indicating that higher vocational colleges have some def iciencies in the cultivation of it.Finally,the results show that the construction and evaluation of the capability performance model can promote students'ability of software technology.
