我国数字经济高质量发展制约因素及应对策略

在充分调研我国数字经济发展现状的基础上,结合实地企业调研中发现的问题,深入分析整体性政策规划缺失、数字基础设施建设亟待升级、数字化转型缺乏路径、数字资源利用不足等方面制约我国数字经济高质量发展的制约因素,以及数字经济高质量发展所需的必要条件,并给出了推动我国数字经济高质量发展的具体化的政策建议。

Based on researching current situation of China’s digital economy development,and considering problems and diff iculties found in f ield research of enterprises,this article deeply analyzes factors which restrict high-quality development of China’s digital economy,such as lack of comprehensive policy planning,urgent need of digital infrastructure upgrade,shortage of digital transformation path,inadequacy of data resources utilization,etc.This article also analyzes necessary conditions required by high quality development of digital economy,and puts forward corresponding specif ic policy suggestions.
