基于CNKI数据库中医药治疗胃癌的知识图谱分析

Knowledge Map Analysis of TCM Treatment for Gastric Cancer Based on CNKI Database

目的采用CiteSpaceV软件对中医药治疗胃癌的相关文献进行可视化分析,探讨中医药在治疗胃癌领域的现状、热点及未来发展趋势。方法采用以中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)数据库为数据源,以“(胃癌OR胃肿瘤)AND(中医OR中药)AND治疗”为主题词进行检索,并对关键词、作者和机构进行分析,绘制相关图谱。结果最终共纳入有效研究文献1 544篇,其热点关键词主要有胃癌、胃癌前病变、中医药治疗等,并形成14个聚类群;主要研究机构包括南京中医药大学、上海中医药大学附属龙华医院、江苏省中医院等,临床疗效与替吉奥为近2年来的突现词。结论中医药治疗胃癌文献的发文量逐年增多,胃癌前病变、晚期胃癌等疾病的研究占其较大比重,中医辨证论治指导下的临床研究及对临床疗效的关注是中医药治疗胃癌的主要方向。但目前未出现较稳定的研究团队,且研究不够深入,故中医药治疗胃癌的未来方向应紧跟现代医学发展步伐,拓宽研究思路,才能更好地发挥中医药在防治胃癌中的作用。

Objective:CiteSpaceV software was used to visually analyze the relevant literatures on the treatment of gastric cancer with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and to discuss the current situation,hot spots and future development trends of the treatment of gastric cancer with TCM.Methods:In this study,China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)database was used as the data source,and the keywords of"(gastric cancer OR gastric tumor)AND(traditional Chinese medicine OR Chinese medicine)AND treatment"were retrieved.The keywords,authors and institutions were analyzed to draw correlation maps.Results:Finally,a total of 1544 effective research literatures are included.The main keywords were gastric cancer,precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,and TCM treatment,etc.These keywords formed 14 clusters.The research institutions mainly included Nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine,Longhua hospital affiliated to Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine,and Jiangsu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.Clinical efficacy and Sergio were the burst keywords in the past two years.Conclusion:The number of published literatures on the treatment of gastric cancer with TCM increased year by year.Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and advanced gastric cancer account for a large proportion of it.Clinical research under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation,and attention to clinical efficacy were the main directions of TCM in the treatment of gastric cancer.However,there's no stable research team,and the research is not deep enough.The future direction of TCM in the treatment of gastric cancer should keep pace with the development of modern medicine,broaden the research ideas,and better play the role of TCM in the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer.
