摘要 设计一种对安装场地要求较低的单臂升降式停车装置以解决住宅小区停车难的问题。首先确定了装置的总体运动方案和各个子系统的传动方案,然后对停车装置的主体结构进行受力分析,并对支撑、回转等关键部件进行分析计算。单臂升降式停车装置在住宅小区的零星场地、拐角处等区域均可安装,非常适合住宅小区车位的改造和扩容,对于解决住宅小区中停车难的问题起到积极作用。 In this paper,a single-arm lifting parking device with less demanding requirements on the installation site is designed to solve the parking problem in residential quarters.Firstly,the overall movement scheme of the device and the transmission scheme of each subsystem are determined,then the force analysis of the main structure of the parking device is carried out,and analyses and calculations on the key components such as support and rotation are conducted.Single-arm lifting parking devices can be installed in scattered sites,corners and other areas of residential quarters,which is very suitable for the renovation and expansion of parking spaces and plays a positive role in solving the problem of difficult parking in residential quarters.
