This paper introduces a new type of hook group for a wire rope electric hoist.The hook group has the characteristics of simple structure,easy processing,convenient assembly and the like.In addition,starting from actual use requirements,the hook group also adds an operation grip and a steel wire rope protection device,so that the operation is more standardized and safer,the service life of the steel wire rope can be effectively prolonged,and the deflection of the empty hook at the upper limit position can be prevented.The device has passed FEA finite element analysis and strict life test,thus ensuring safety.Therefore,compared with the traditional hook group,the device has superior performance and more competitive production cost.
