摘要
对某型军用越野车辆限滑差速器的螺旋齿轮副进行了接触强度的理论计算,并基于前期自锁式螺旋齿轮限滑差速器在Solid Works的实体建模,将实体模型导入ANSYS软件中构建差速器螺旋齿轮副的有限元接触模型,对模型进行强度校核,得出差速器关键零件的应力云图,最后针对差速器关键零件力学性能薄弱的地方提出改进措施。从分析结果看,设计的螺旋齿轮副满足强度设计要求,设计余量较大。
In this paper,the contact strength of the helical gear pair of the limited slip differential for a certain military off-road vehicle is theoretically calculated.Based on the solid modeling of the self-locking helical gear limited slip differential in Solid Works,the solid model is imported into ANSYS software to build the finite element contact model of the differential helical gear pair.The strength of the model is checked,and the stress nephogram of the key parts of the differential is obtained.Finally,improvement measures are proposed for the weak mechanical properties of the key parts of the differential.According to the analysis results,the designed helical gear pair meets the strength design requirements and has a large design margin.
