摘要
根据范成法原理仿真齿轮加工,得到齿廓曲线;然后将齿廓曲线导入到Creo中,将其合并为样条曲线后利用扫描及阵列命令生成齿廓修形齿轮的三维模型并生成装配体;最后在Ansys Mechanical APDL及Ansys Workbench环境中对其进行有限元分析,并与标准齿轮分析结果作对比,验证了通过合适的齿廓修形,齿面接触应力和齿根弯曲应力均有所下降,齿轮强度确实能够提高。
Based on the principle of generating method,this paper simulates gear processing to obtain tooth profile curve,then introduces the tooth profile curve into Creo,combines it into spline curve,and then uses scanning and array commands to generate the three-dimensional model of tooth profile modified gear and generate the assembly body.Finally,finite element analysis is carried out in Ansys Mechanical APDL and Ansys Workbench environment,and the results are compared with the analysis results of standard gear.it is verified that through appropriate tooth profile modification,tooth surface contact stress and tooth root bending stress are reduced,and the gear strength can be improved indeed.
