摘要
液压抓斗作为垃圾焚烧厂供料系统的核心设备,其安全高效工作有助于垃圾的快速处理,因此对液压抓斗工作状态的监控十分重要。文中采用传感器技术、无线网络通信技术和总线技术,设计开发了基于ZigBee网络、CAN总线网络、GPRS网络的液压抓斗工作状态在线监测与诊断系统,实现了液压抓斗工作参数在线监控、无线控制和数据远程传输等功能,以及状态实时监测、故障实时报警、维保实时提醒等,为实现垃圾焚烧厂无人值守投料和自动化控制提供了有效可靠的解决方案。
As the key equipment of the waste incineration plant’s feeding system,the safe and efficient work of the hydraulic grab is helpful for the rapid disposal of waste,so it is very important to monitor the working state of the hydraulic grab.By using sensor technology,wireless network communication technology and bus technology,an online monitoring and diagnosis system of hydraulic grab based on ZigBee network,CAN bus network and GPRS network is designed and developed.The system realizes online monitoring of hydraulic grab working parameters,wireless control,remote data transmission and other functions,as well as real-time state monitoring,real-time fault alarm,real-time maintenance reminder,etc.It provides an effective and reliable solution for unattended feeding and automatic control of garbage incineration plants.
