箱形双主梁单线铁路桥隧道专用架桥机应用新型的结构设计,通过对吊具,中支装置,卷扬机位置等方面的改进,优化了架桥机的尺寸,通过增加液压缸装置和改进液压钳盘制动系统,优化了架桥机功能,使其可用于隧道口、隧道内、小曲率半径和桥隧相连工程等各种复杂情况,且架梁效率较高。同时,由于该架桥机具有载梁横移功能,所以可以高效地架设双线铁路梁和公路梁。

For the new structural design of the special bridge erecting machine for box single-track railway bridge and tunnel with double girders,this paper optimizes the size of the bridge erecting machine by improving the sling,the middle support device,the position of the hoist,etc.,and so as the function of the bridge erecting machine by adding the oil cylinder device and improving the brake system of the hydraulic caliper disc,so that it can be used in various complicated situations such as tunnel opening,tunnel,small curvature radius and bridge-tunnel connection engineering,etc.,and the beam erecting efficiency is high.Meanwhile,because the bridge erecting machine can move load beams transversely,it can provide high-efficiency erections of double-track railway beams and highway beams.
