Research on corrosion and coating maintenance of port machinery and equipment

简介了我国港口机械设备腐蚀现状,阐述了港机钢结构表面防护涂层体系,重点研究了港机表面防腐涂层维护保养技术要点,包括基本要求、涂层失效判定原则、涂层检查类型、涂层修补要求和快干型低表面处理环氧涂料技术条件,并对港机涂层维护保养的发展方向进行了展望。

The corrosion status of port machinery and equipment in our country is briefly introduced in the paper.The surface protective coating system of steel structure of port machinery is represented.The technical points of maintenance and maintenance of anti-corrosion coating on port machinery surface are mainly studied,including basic requirements,coating failure determination principles,coating inspection types,coating repair requirements and technical conditions of quick-drying low surface treatment epoxy coating.The development direction of maintenance of port machinery coating is prospected.
