门式起重机主梁加强有限元分析

摘要 借鉴桥梁领域内斜拉桥的斜拉索设计思想,通过Ansys有限元分析软件对36t-35m门式起重机进行结构改造,考虑了门式起重机的不同工况下的受载,分析对比了无斜门式起重机与带斜拉索门式起重机(改造目标)的静刚度与强度。研究结果表明:通过斜拉索对门式起重机进行改造,能显著提高门式起重机整体的静刚度与强度。其中小车位于刚性支腿端悬臂处的静刚度增幅最大为25.24%,小车在刚性支腿端悬臂处满载制动时强度提高最大为49.41%;通过斜拉索对门式起重机进行改造具有很好的经济性,满足了起重吨位愈发提高的需求,为门式起重机的改造提供了新的思路。 Based on the design idea of stay cables of cable-stayed bridges in the field of bridges,the structural transformation of 36t-35m gantry crane is carried out by Ansys finite element analysis software,and the static stiffness and strength of non-stay gantry crane and gantry crane with stay cables(transformation target)are analyzed and compared considering the loading of gantry crane under different working conditions.The results show that the static stiffness and strength of the gantry crane can be significantly improved by retrofitting the gantry crane with stay cables.The static stiffness of the trolley at the cantilever at the end of the rigid leg increases by 25.24%,and the strength of the trolley increases by 49.41%at full load braking at the cantilever at the end of the rigid leg.It is very economical to rebuild the gantry crane through stay cables,which meets the demand of increasing lifting tonnage and provides a new idea for the reconstruction of the gantry crane.
