A new test method for rigidity verification of truck crane boom

针对起重机臂架刚度验证现有技术的不足,提出了一种光学全站仪坐标数据采集与程序软件分析处理相结合的刚度验证新技术,对其中涉及的数据运算处理的方法也做了必要的认证。同时基于Matlab_GUI软件代码平台,开发了界面友好、科学高效的臂架刚度数据分析软件V1.0版本。

In view of the shortcomings of the existing technology for stiffness verification of crane boom,a new stiffness verification technology combining coordinate data acquisition of optical total station with analysis and processing of program software is put forward,and necessary authentications are carried out for the data calculation and processing methods involved.Meanwhile,based on the Matlab_GUI software code platform,the V1.0 of a friendly interface,scientific and efficient boom stiffness data analysis software is developed.
