摘要
吊运与浇注高温液态金属钢包的冶金铸造起重机的副钩提升速度与限定的浇注时间相关。按恒流量浇注原则,研究副钩速度的制定方法,对钢液恒流量浇注的不同浇注阶段副钩提升速度进行了多点分析运算,得出钢包倾倒过程中多时刻副钩吊点对应的提升速度。对此钢包副钩吊点需要的提升速度进行拟合,得出副钩提升速度函数及其曲线图。用参数化编程对提升速度规律进行分析,对于不同吨位、不同容积钢包的铸造起重机副钩速度都可以进行快速制定。研究表明,提升速度变化平稳,依据所需提升速度曲线,可以实现对铸造起重机浇注的自动控制。
The lifting speed of the auxiliary hook of the metallurgical casting crane lifting and pouring the high-temperature liquid metal ladle is associated with the limited pouring time.According to the principle of constant flow pouring,the formulation method of the auxiliary hook speed is studied.The lifting speed of the auxiliary hook in different pouring stages of constant flow pouring of molten steel is analyzed and calculated at multiple points,and the lifting speed corresponding to the lifting point of the auxiliary hook at multiple times in the ladle pouring process is obtained.Through fitting the lifting speed required by the ladle auxiliary hook lifting point,the auxiliary hook lifting speed function and its graph are obtained.By analyzing the law of lifting speed with parametric programming,the auxiliary hook speed of casting crane for ladle with different tonnage and volume can be quickly set.Research shows that the lifting speed changes smoothly,and the automatic control of casting crane pouring can be realized according to the required lifting speed curve.
