摘要
通过对一起塔式起重机事故现场进行勘验,分析了作业环境,并通过对脚手架钢管、起吊钢丝绳、卷筒等进行受力计算,分析出卷筒在交变外力作用下,致使底座U形槽钢产生变形,导致齿轮联轴器脱落,为事故分析提供理论依据,结合相关电气安全保护装置失效的事实,推断出事故发生的过程。
Based on the on-site inspection of a tower crane accident,the paper explores the working environment and analyzes the situation that the U-shaped channel of the base is deformed and the gear coupling falls off under the action of alternating external force through the stress calculation of scaffold steel pipe,hoisting wire rope,drum,etc.,which provides theoretical basis for accident analysis and deducts the process of accidents when relevant electrical safety protection devices are invalid.
