摘要 我国高速铁路即将进入智能高铁时代,结合国内外智能电网的发展,提出智能牵引供电系统,对系统的总体架构和层级划分,以及智能牵引变电所、智能供电调度系统、智能运行检修管理系统的组成和功能特点等进行阐述。智能牵引供电系统在京沈客专开展了工程试验,结果表明,该系统通过高速双向信息网络,将智能牵引供电设施、智能供电调度系统、智能供电运行检修管理系统互联,实现了系统资源优化整合及多信源数据共享,提高了牵引供电系统的安全性、可靠性和可用性,取得了预期成果。针对智能牵引供电系统的发展方向,提出推进标准化建设、智能设备集成化系列化、大数据分析、智慧决策及新技术应用等方面的建议。 China’s High speed railway(HSR) is coming into the intelligent HSR era. Combing the smart grid development at home and aboard, the intelligent traction power supply system is proposed. The overall structure and hierarchical division of the system, as well as the composition and functional characteristics of intelligent traction substation, intelligent power supply dispatching system and intelligent operation and maintenance management system are described. The project test of intelligent traction power supply system was carried out on Beijing-Shenyang Passenger-dedicated Line. The results show that the system interconnects intelligent traction power supply facilities, intelligent power supply dispatching system and intelligent power supply operation and maintenance management system through high speed two-sided information network, realizes the optimization and integration of system resources and multi-source data sharing, and improves the security, reliability and availability of power supply system, which has achieved expected results. In view of the development direction of intelligent traction power supply system, it provides some suggestions on the aspects of promoting standardization construction, integrative serialization of intelligent equipment, large data analysis, intelligent decision-making and application of new technologies.
