基于产业结构调整的铁路粮食运输经营策略

Business Strategy of Railway Grain Transport Based on Industrial Restructuring

深化落实供给侧结构性改革,加快地区产业结构调整,优化铁路运输经营模式,可实现现代铁路运输企业集约化、协同化发展目标。以黑龙江省粮食产业结构调整为例,从粮食生产形势、产业结构存在的问题以及产业结构发生的变化3个方面,研究粮食产业结构发展状况,基于铁路货运量和货运需求结构2个角度,分析产业结构调整对铁路运输业的影响,并提出铁路运输企业的应对策略及发展措施。

Deepening the implementation of supply-side structural reform, accelerating regional industrial restructuring and optimizing the business pattern of railway transport, which can realize the goal of intensive and coordinated development for modern railway transport enterprises. Taking grain industrial restructuring as an example, the paper carries out a research of the development of grain industrial structure from the respects of grain production, existing problems of the industrial structure and changes in the industrial structure. On the basis of railway freight transport volume and the demand of freight transport, the paper analyses the influence of industrial restructuring on railway freight transport and puts forward countermeasures for railway transport enterprises.
