高铁开通对沿线城市旅游业影响研究

Study of the Impact on the City Tourism along the High Speed Railway

高铁是旅游活动的重要媒介,高铁的开通缩短了城市间的时空距离,提高了城市的可达性,由高铁引起的旅客出行方式变革有力推动了沿线城市旅游业的发展。通过分析西成高铁开通前后沿线城市加权平均旅行时间和城市旅游经济潜能的变化情况及分布差异,验证高铁对沿线城市旅游业产生的积极作用。在此基础上,从高铁运营的角度出发,结合不同城市旅游业发展变化特点提出有针对性的建议措施,形成以高铁旅客运输促进旅游业发展、以旅游业发展促进铁路运输企业增运增收的良性互动,为铁路运输企业提供参考。

High speed railway is an important medium for tourism activities. The opening of high speed railway shortens the space and time distance between cities and improves the accessibility of the cities along. And the development of tourism industry in cities along the high speed railway is strongly promoted by the reform of passenger travel mode caused by high speed railway. In this paper, positive effects of high speed railway on the tourism of the cities are verified by analyzing the changes and distribution differences of weighted average travel time and urban tourism economic potential of the cities along the high speed railway before and after the opening of Xi’an-Chengdu high speed railway. And on this basis, reference methods and suggestions are provided for railway transport enterprises combined with the characteristic of different cities from the perspective of high speed railway operation, in order to forma virtuous circle between the railway transport enterprises and the tourism industry development.
