Rail Milling Techniques for Super-long Tunnel of Conventional Railway

摘要 针对普速铁路长大隧道钢轨病害问题,使用钢轨铣磨车在西康线进行病害整治作业,研究不同工艺参数下铣磨车对钢轨肥边、波磨、鱼鳞纹铣削的效果,分析在不同作业速度下铣削对磨削的影响。钢轨铣磨车对钢轨肥边、波磨和鱼鳞纹等伤损整治的效果表明其适用于长大隧道内钢轨病害修理工作。 To cope with the rail defects occurring in super-long tunnel of conventional railway, this paper, based on the case of using rail milling train to deal with rail defects on Xi’an-Ankang line, studies the treatment effects of rail milling train on rail lip, corrugation, and head checking with different technique parameters, and analyzes the milling influence at different operational speeds. The milling results show that the rail milling train is suitable for rail defect repair in super-long tunnel.
