摘要
根据冲击地压条件下影响快速掘进的因素,通过实施分区管理、分类防治,不断的工程探索和动态的防冲设计,适时调整卸压钻孔孔径、数量、间距及深度等参数;通过优化支护参数,确保安全施工,通过优化劳动组织,提高劳动效率,形成了一套复杂条件下防冲差异化卸压与安全高效掘进相结合的技术体系。在保障安全前提下,招贤煤矿在冲击地压条件下,1304风巷掘进期间最高月进尺为193 m,1304机巷掘进最高月进尺为174 m,施工工期较原计划缩短约1个月,有效解决了工作面接续紧张的情况,为矿井持续健康发展创造了条件。
By implementing zoning management and classified control,the authors introduce the optimization of support parameter by adjusting pore diameter,numbers,spacing and depth of pressure relief borehole to guarantee safety construction and improve labor efficiency,and propose a set of technical system combining differentiation pressure relief under rock burst conditions with safety and high-efficiency excavation,which has realized the effective relay of working faces.
