柔性网在综采工作面撤架中的应用

Application of Flexible Net in Support Withdrawal at Fully-mechanized Working Face

为缩短工作面拆除搬家时间,孔庄煤矿在7301工作面引进了柔性整体网工艺。确定柔性网走向长为15 m,宽度为3片54 m;在推采至距停采线12 m时开始上网;操作工序主要为分吊挂网片、割煤—放网—割煤、扩帮铺网固定等。与金属网相比,提升了劳动效率,降低了劳动强度,上网后整体性好,避免了使用金属网时出现的局部搓网、上网速度较慢的现象。

To shorten the removal time of working face,the flexible integral net is introduced at 7301 working face of Kongzhuang Colliery,which has improved the labor efficiency and reduced the labor intensity,as compared to the metal net.
