唐家会选煤厂煤泥降水掺混的研究与工艺实践

Research and Technique Practice of Slime Well Pumping Mixing in Tangjiahui Coal Preparation Plant

为降低压滤煤泥的水分,唐家会矿选煤厂对细煤泥进行加压过滤、增压隔膜压榨等试验研究,对高效快开式隔膜压滤机进行改造,将压滤煤泥的平均水分降低3个百分点,为保证煤泥能掺入商品煤中,同时增加了煤泥破碎机与掺混机,目前,每月能掺混煤泥18000吨以上,取得了可观的经济效益。

Based on experimental research on pressure filtration and pressurized diaphragm press of the fine coal slurry in Coal Preparation Plant of Tangjiahui Colliery,the paper puts forward reformation of high efficiency quick opening diaphragm filter press,which reduces the average moisture by 3 percentage points.The coal crusher and blender are added to ensure that the slime can be incorporated into commercial coal,which achieves considerable economic benefits.At present,more than 18,000 tons of slime can be blended every month.
