摘要
分析了煤泥的特性,指出了煤泥采制样存在的问题,介绍了研制的煤泥采样器。阐释了新型采样器具煤泥定量采样、误差最小、布点最优的规范方法,提出了子样定量500 g条件下的优化采样方案,并和传统平铲采样方式在相同制样条件下比对水分、灰分误差。采样测试表明,煤泥采样器采样稳定性较好,实现了减轻煤泥采样劳动强度、减少采样误差的目的。
Combined with the existing sampling conditions of coal slime,the paper analyzes the ubiquitous problems and the sampling characteristics of slime,introduces new sampling instrument and its application,and proposes optimal sampling scheme under the condition of 500 g of the sample.
