连续驱动摩擦焊接过程的数值模拟分析

摘要 连续驱动摩擦焊接作为一种节能、环保、高效的固相焊接方法被广泛应用于不同领域.针对GH2132高温合金,利用有限元模拟的方法,研究连续驱动摩擦焊接过程不同参数的影响.将摩擦生热过程分为两个阶段,给出过程中温度、应力和应变的变化规律.分析表明,摩擦初始阶段焊接面高温区域沿轴向的梯度对飞边的形成影响较大,该阶段时间不能过长.顶锻阶段应采用位移控制来代替压力控制.并给出合理的摩擦焊接工艺参数. Continuous drive friction welding is widely used in various fields as an energy-saving,environmentally friendly and efficient solid-phase welding method.This paper makes a study of the impact of different parameters on continuous drive friction welding process by finite element simulation in the analysis of the high temperature alloy GH2132.The process is divided into two stages,and the variations of temperature,stress and strain during interfacial friction welding was studied.In the initial stage of friction,the width of the high temperature zone of the friction surface has a great influence on the formation of flying edge,and the duration of this stage cannot be too long.Displacement control should be used instead of pressure control in the upsetting stage.The reasonable friction welding process parameters are given.
