摘要 建立了单线切割机刀架的参数化模型,分析了刀架的变形和应力分布,以重要尺寸为设计变量,质量、最大变形量、等效应力为目标变量,建立多目标优化数学模型,采用基于响应面法的多目标遗传算法对刀架进行优化设计和灵敏度分析,进一步对尺寸优化后的刀架进行拓扑优化分析,减轻了刀架重量,具有工程应用价值. In this paper,the parametric model of the single-wire cutter tool holder is established.The deformation and stress distribution of the tool holder are analyzed.Taking the key dimensions as design variables and the mass,maximum deformation and equivalent stress as target variables,a multi-object optimization mathematical model is established.The multi-objective genetic algorithm based on the response surface method is used to optimize the design and analyze the sensitivity of the tool holder.Further topology optimization after size optimization will reduce the weight of the tool holder,which is of great value in engineering applications.
