摘要
在太阳能烟囱发电系统中,叶轮叶片的偏置方向对发电机的最小启动流速是有影响的.通过对烟囱的流体域的分析,确定流体的流动状态,利用流体的动量方程进行理论分析,通过数学计算得到最佳的叶片斜率.把计算出来的曲线斜率输入到Creo中进行风机叶片的曲面建模,将叶片模型在ANSYS中进行CFD仿真,输出叶片表面的压力值,并将叶片的压力值进行统计分析.经分析得到以下结论,向下偏置的叶片受到的压力随着偏置角度的增加,压力逐渐增大,即在相同的烟囱直径下,向下偏置的叶片有更低的启动流速.
In the solar chimney power system,the offset direction of the impeller blade has an effect on the minimum starting velocity of the generator.The flow state of the fluid is determined by analyzing the fluid domain of the chimney.The momentum equation of the fluid is used for theoretical analysis,and the optimal blade slope is obtained through mathematical calculation.The slope of the calculated curve was put into Creo for the curved surface modeling of the fan blade,and the blade model was simulated by CFD in ANSYS to output the pressure value of the blade surface,and the pressure value of the blade was statistically analyzed.It is concluded that the pressure on the downward biased blade increases with the increase of the bias Angle,which means that under the same chimney diameter,downward biased blades have a lower starting velocity.
