摘要
针对目前草莓等水果主要依靠人工采摘的现状,设计了一款以草莓采摘为主的多功能水果采摘机械装置.该装置采用曲柄滑块机构通过多功能转换装置与多种水果采摘头组合实现多种水果(草莓、苹果、梨以及枣等)的采摘,其中草莓采摘头采用硅胶与刀片组合以减小触碰力度.为使装置达到预期的采摘功能,对其进行了运动学及动力学分析,该研究为后续多功能采摘装置性能及结构优化奠定基础.
In view of the current situation that strawberries and other fruits mainly depend on manual picking,a multi-functional fruit picking machine is designed,which can be used for strawberry picking mainly.The device adopts crank slider mechanism to realize the picking of many kinds of fruits(strawberry,apple,pear and jujube,etc.)through the combination of multi-functional conversion device and a variety of fruit picking heads.The strawberry picking head adopts the combination of silica gel and blade to reduce the touch strength.In order to achieve the expected picking function,the kinematics and dynamics of the device were analyzed.The research lays a foundation for the following optimization of the performance and structure of the multi-functional picking devices.
