摘要
在对船舶柴油机气缸盖锻件结构进行分析后,通过计算机数值模拟与物理模拟相结合,对锻造成形工艺进行了优化。结果表明,成形前中间坯及模具结构设计合理,能够在较小载荷条件下实现气缸盖全仿形锻造,锻件质量明显改善,材料利用率大幅提高,制造周期得以缩短。
After analyzing the forging structure of the cylinder head of marine diesel engine,the forging forming process has been optimized by combining computer numerical simulation with physical simulation. The results show that the intermediate billet and die structure design before forming are reasonable,and the full copying forging of cylinder head can be realized under the condition of small load. The forging quality has been obviously improved,and the material utilization rate has been greatly increased,and the manufacturing cycle has been shortened.
