摘要 悬索桥索夹上、下部均有薄壁半圆筒体结构,热处理调质过程中极易变形。通过将索夹上下部对合组焊、内孔加装支撑筋、立式装炉、立式淬火、充分回火消应等措施,成功控制了索夹调质变形,满足后续精加工要求,达到了性能技术要求。 The upper and lower parts of the cable clamps of suspension bridges have thin-walled semi-cylindrical structures,which are easily deformed during quenching and tempering heat treatment. By means of joint welding of upper and lower parts of the cable clamp,installation of supporting bars in inner holes,vertical furnace loading,vertical quenching and stress relief by full tempering,the quenching and tempering deformation of the cable clamp has been successfully controlled,and the subsequent finishing requirements have been met. At the same time,the performance requirements of the cable clamp have been met.
