摘要
材质为42CrMo的主轴锻件,调质热处理后锻件轴身中间部位有纵向裂纹,通过一系列的理化检验分析,发现该裂纹为淬火裂纹,是由锻件内部存在缺陷造成的。
The main shaft forging made of 42 CrMo4 has longitudinal cracks in the middle part of the shaft after quenching and tempering heat treatment. Through a series of physical and chemical tests and analyses,it has been found that the cracks are quenching cracks caused by internal defects in the forging.
