摘要
通过化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、宏微观断口分析,表明回火不充分和叶片轴颈存在应力集中是导致水轮机叶片断裂失效的原因。
Through the analysis of chemical composition,mechanical properties,metallographic structure,macro and micro fracture,it is shown that the failure of hydraulic turbine blade is caused by insufficient tempering and stress concentration on blade journal.
