摘要
随着交通拥堵和环境污染加剧,开始向恢复和发展绿色出行转变,非机动车交通重新得到重视。但长期以来,为适应机动化的迅猛发展和排堵保畅的需要,机动车道的拓宽和路边停车位的设置更多的是以挤压和侵占非机动车道为代价,“禁非”道路也越来越多。非机动车道缺失、宽度过窄、被机动车停车侵占,成为非机动车违法骑行的重要诱因。结合综合交通大调查数据,分析当前非机动车交通在骑行路网、骑行空间、精细化设计、停车和超标电动自行车管理等方面存在的主要问题,提出相关改善措施。
With traffic congestion and environmental pollution deteriorate,non-motor vehicle traffic becomes important to the green travel.However,for a long time,in order to adapt to the rapid development of motorization and solve traffic congestion,the increasing motor vehicle lanes and setting of onstreet parking spaces are squeezing the non-motor vehicle lanes,and more and more roads prohibit non-motor vehicles.The lack of non-motorized lane,unreasonable width,and occupation by vehicle have become main reasons for the illegal behavior of non-motor vehicles.Combined with the comprehensive traffic survey data,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the riding network,riding space,road and intersection design,parking management and exceeding standards electric bicycle management,then proposes corresponding improvement measures.
